Veterinarian listing her independent practice

List your Independent Practice

List your independent practice to reach more potential patients.

Independent Veterinary Practices UK has been set up by pet owner John Hemming-Clark to promote independent veterinary practices in the UK through the website and its Facebook page This is primarily achieved through the listing of independent practices in a Map and a Table, and posts that focus on how to identify independent practices and the advantages of using them over those owned by large corporates.

An entry in Independent Veterinary Practices UK's Find a Practice Map and Table brings the independent practice the following benefits:

1. Pet and other animal owners can search in Find a Practice - Table by name, post code and telephone number. They can also search in Table by postal town to find your practice(s).

2. Owners can search a wider area in Find a Practice - Map. This is a quick and easy way to find local practices.

3. Owners that fill in the "Please send me the latest news…" subscriber pop-up will complete their email address, name and local town. When that local town matches yours we will email them to tell them about your practice and remind them regularly, providing them with your contact details.

4. A new practice's details will be emailed to subscribers each time a new one appears in the listing.

5. A sponsored Facebook post to pet owners in your local area to draw attention to your listing / practice.

6. Any of your Facebook posts that carry the hashtag #independentvets will be liked / commented on by us bringing your post to the attention of our Facebook followers. We will also repost.

7. We will promote's Facebook posts that mention our website through Facebook advertising, bringing its existence to more pet owners who will find your practice through 1. and 2. and be emailed to tell them about / remind them of your practice through 3 and 4.

The website has been configured for use on both mobile and laptop.

The cost for one veterinary practice for one year is just £50 plus VAT. However, we are currently offering an extra year free to new practices, i.e. two years for the price of one. This is a limited time offer. After two years there is no obligation to renew.
